Having started more than 20 years ago with EY Law, today Bartosz is a Partner at DZP (Domański Zakrzewski Palinka), the biggest independent law firm in Poland.

He specializes in International Data Privacy and M&A, focusing in business relations on Polish, British, Nordic and Israeli markets. Member of: the International Bar Association (IBA), the European Leadership Group and head of Data Protection Group at 'Meritas' Law Firms Worldwide. 

On academic level Bartosz cooperates with Catholic University of America (Washington DC) and Kozminski Academy (Warsaw). In 2018 his PhD on EU-USA data privacy legal standards was published by C.H. Beck. He is the author of numerous publications and is a speaker in Poland and abroad on the subject of personal data protection.
